How can I purchase the Gertec PINpad for Caixa Aqui Web?

To place your order for a Pin pad, simply go to the link www.gertec.com.br/caixaaqui/ and fill in the details. Click to purchase your Pin pad and then make your payment through PagSeguro.


How do I know if my PINpad has already been sent (billed)?

As soon as your device is invoiced by our factory, you will receive a XML file at the e-mail address that was entered in the registration form. From this date, the delivery time (transportation) is up to 10 working days.


What is the delivery time for the PINpad?

The delivery time is up to 21 days from the date of receipt of an Order for a CNPJ that is already authorized to operate as Caixa Aqui Web, except for the North Region where it is up to 30 days.


Does Gertec also sell the Thermal Printer and Barcode Reader?

No. Gertec only sells the PINpad PPC900 USB (code 700.0102.0). To purchase other devices, please consult your branch’s Channel Supervisor who will be able to advise you


My PINpad arrived and I don’t know how to install it. What should I do?

I installed the PINpad and it is not working on the system (Caixa Aqui Web Portal). How should I proceed?

I received the Gertec PINpad and when I connect it to the computer’s USB port, the message Equipment Locked appears on the screen. What do I need to do?
