Our Ethics Channel is the way of communication to investigate deviations that violate the guidelines of the Code of Conduct, the policies, internal rules and procedures Gertec and the applicable legislation, such as: fraud, corruption, deviation, harassment, inappropriate conduct, conflict of interest, discrimination, prejudice, unlawful acts or irregularities.

Our Channel serves for any employee, supplier, partner, customer and community to record, in a safe and responsible manner, any situation or practice contrary to the ethical principles expected by Gertec, established in our Code of Conduct.

These records will be stored in the system of ClickCompliance, an independent and specialized company, ensuring absolute confidentiality of the situation described, as well as the impartiality and transparency of the negotiations, by Gertec's Ethics Committee, and any form of retaliation is prohibited.

It is the responsibility of the user to act in good faith and include only accurate and truthful information in their report. The registration in the Ethics Channel may be identified and with follow-up of your report or anonymous with the option of monitoring or not of your report.
